Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3.3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
